Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, which usually occurs 2–3 hours after the order is placed.
If you have already paid and need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once packaging and shipping have begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is the result of our error.
You are eligible for a refund or free reshipment in the following cases:
The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong item or size
Your order did not arrive within the guaranteed time (25 business days, excluding the 2–5 day processing window)
In these situations, all restocking fees are waived, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Orders that did not arrive due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Delays or losses caused by exceptional circumstances beyond ONLYNICER’s control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters)
If your case qualifies, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll assist you promptly.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How many days does It take to ship orders?
All orders require a 4-7 business days production time (may be longer during holidays).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide a flat-rate shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Logistics Exceptions
If any logistics issues occur (such as parcel hold, delivery delay, or incorrect shipping information), we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible via SMS, phone call, or platform message.
If we do not receive a valid response from you within three (3) days from the first contact, and the parcel is consequently returned or destroyed by the logistics provider in accordance with their policy, all resulting losses and costs (including but not limited to shipping fees) shall be borne by the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the shipping address information you provided (including but not limited to province/state, city, district, street address, building/unit number, recipient name, and phone number) is incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, resulting in delivery failure or the logistics provider being unable to accurately deliver the parcel, and the parcel is consequently destroyed in accordance with the carrier’s policy, we shall not be held responsible for any related loss or liability.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
