REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, which usually occurs 2–3 hours after the order is placed.
If you have already paid and need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once packaging and shipping have begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is the result of our error.
You are eligible for a refund or free reshipment in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong item or size

Your order did not arrive within the guaranteed time (25 business days, excluding the 2–5 day processing window)
In these situations, all restocking fees are waived, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment.
The following are NOT eligible for refund or reshipment:

Orders that did not arrive due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Delays or losses caused by exceptional circumstances beyond SPORTORAY’s control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters)
If your case qualifies, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll assist you promptly.
